Theme: Precision Diabetes Care — From Evidence to Routine Clinical Practice

That is exactly what this year’s conversation is about.

On July 10th, some of the sharpest medical minds in diabetes care , professors, specialist diabetologists, and clinical experts  will gather at Hotel Africana. And the question at the centre of all of it is one that matters deeply to your daily life: how do we move from what the research knows, to what actually happens in the room where you receive your care?

This is not a conference happening above your head. It is happening for you.

Because precision care means your doctor understanding that your T1D doesn’t look exactly like the textbook. It means treatment that accounts for the access challenges, the dietary realities, the emotional toll that comes with managing this condition here, in this context, on this continent.
